Pittsburgh Mills is located in Tarentum, PA just off of route 28 at 590 Pittsburgh Mills Circle. Pittsburgh Mills is a fairly new mall in the Pittsburgh area opening in 2005. The Mills is a very large retail space that includes retail stores that can cater to just about anyone's shopping needs.


Pittsburgh Mills Mall is one of the largest shopping complexes in Pennsylvania. The Mills as it sometimes called consists of two parts. The first section is the indoor component The Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills. Then there is the Village at Pittsburgh Mills, an adjacent shopping complex.


The Galleria is very large at over one million square feet, which is divided into neighborhoods. There are your typical assortment of stores such as Macys , JC Pennys, and Linens and Things. You will also find a large variety of specialty stores, a very large food court, and a multiplex that includes IMAX.


The Village at Pittsburgh Mills the shopping complex next to the Galleria includes several big box stores like Lowes, Wal Mart, and Best Buy. There are also several fine eating establishments located at the Village.


Pittsburgh Mills always has something going on. There are many events and special promotions hosted throughout the year either by the mills or retailers located at the mills. Pittsburgh defeats Villanova 79-70

Travon Woodall scored a career-high 29 points and Ashton Gibbs added 25 to lead Pittsburgh to a 79-70 win over Villanova on Sunday, its fourth straight win. The Panthers (15-9, 4-7 Big East) led by as many as 18 in the second half, though the Wildcats (10-13, 3-8 Big East) were able to trim that lead to three on a pair of Jayvaughn Pinkston free throws with 22.3 seconds left.

Judge's order could force Pittsburgh protesters to move

PITTSBURGH (Reuters) - A Pennsylvania judge on Thursday issued an order that could force the anti-Wall Street protesters in Pittsburgh to leave the Mellon Square property they have inhabited since October. The order by Allegheny County Judge Christine Ward gives protesters three days to clear out once BNY Mellon, which owns the park, files a $10,000 bond with the court. ...
